          2．Resume
          3．Chief representative certificate：Original
          4．Copy of the shanghai company registration license
          5．Copy of the shanghai company enterprise code license
          6．Passport Photos：5 (2 inch size)
          7．Shanghai Registration Form of Temporary Residence：Original (Newest)
          8．Working permit and Resignation certificate of former company(or Logout of working permit)：Original (If former unit is outside the provinces and cities, the applicant should provide the employment permit cancellation of other provinces and cities of the original list)
